hate is easy, love takes courage
I will not allow my anxiety to determine decisions for me.
I wish that i was being whole-heartedly truthful in saying this, but i have to start somewhere. Just another phrase to repeat in my head that i’ll eventually, hopefully, begin to believe and make true. I can’t expect things to change without effort, at least i understand that.
